Prace na drogach

Ulice 1 Maja i Kochanowskiego.
Dobiega końca budowa ulicy Kochanowskiego. Prace obejmowały budowę kanalizacji sanitarnej, deszczowej i wodociągowej. Położono nową asfaltowa nawierzchnię i chodniki po obu stronach ulicy. Pozostał do zrobienia tylko parking w okolicy kościoła Piotra i Pawła.
Koszt całej inwestycji to nieco ponad 3 mln zł. Można już bezpiecznie przejechać ulicą 1 Maja.
Zakończeniu uległy tam prace na odcinkach należących do Gminy Myszków.

Remonty ulic.
Do końca sierpnia powinny zakończyć się remonty dróg Topolowej, Żareckiej, Żniwnej oraz Rolniczej na odcinku od stacji paliw do skrzyżowania z boczną drogą. Remont polegać będzie na podbudowie oraz położenia nawierzchni z frezu asfaltowego. Prace powinny zacząć się z końcem czerwca.

Czyszczenie kanalizacji deszczowej.
60 tys. zł miasto przeznaczyło na czyszczenie kanalizacji deszczowej na drogach gminnych. W pierwszej kolejności czyszczona będzie kanalizacja ulic Zamenhoffa, Millenium, Kościuszki, Piłsudskiego (na odcinkach miejskich) następnie 1 Maja, Kopernika. Wydział Infrastruktury Miejskiej i Inwestycji dokonał oceny i oględzin kanalizacji deszczowej, pod uwagę brano również zgłoszenia mieszkańców miasta.
